As well as older users would benefit as well. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. He is keeping comfortable and making me strong again. He is teaching me this is thru no fault of my own. Considering I’ve had breast cancer no left breast, I’ve had open heart surgery and now have a titanium mechanical heart valve, just recently developed Brain and Lung cancer. I just started seeing him and slowly but surely I know I am going to get back to where I’m supposed to be at. I have been having great visits with Dr Lux.
